Mission Statement

Since its establishment in 1987, Public Agency Training Council (PATC) has been committed to delivering high-quality training at affordable prices, minimizing travel expenses and maximizing training funds. Our extensive curriculum now includes over 400 academy-level training programs, accessible nationwide through open registration, in-service arrangements, and co-hosted programs. The instructors at Public Agency Training Council possess extensive hands-on experience in their respective areas of expertise. Each course offered by PATC provides attendees with a comprehensive package, including well-crafted student manuals, course objectives, motivation for participation, and a detailed agenda that enhances their knowledge and proficiency in the field of instruction within their departments.

Our History

Founded in 1987, Public Agency Training Council (PATC) initially focused on a single class addressing Child Sexual Abuse. Today, PATC has emerged as the nation's largest privately owned law enforcement training company.

 

Our curriculum encompasses over 400 high-quality training programs, available throughout the United States via open registration, in-service programs, and co-hosted initiatives. Our instructors at Public Agency Training Council possess extensive hands-on experience in their respective fields.

Every PATC course offers a comprehensive learning experience. Taught by expert instructors using their own student manuals and multimedia materials. Each course includes clear objectives, motivation, learning goals, and a detailed agenda defining the skills participants will acquire.
